A simple device to commission, it also contains customizable algorithms for operation in any kind of energy scenario. Working in conjunction with the Q3™ BACnet Router, the Quest BACnet T-Stat provides easier management of multi-site retail locations.

Card Reader

The Proximity Card Reader boasts a new slim design to match any décor. The attractive new design allows the reader to be mounted indoors or out. The new reader accepts 5-16 Volts, so that one model can meet most voltage requirements. The reader is available with a Wiegand interface and connects directly to a TELSEC® system.

Electric Door Strike

The Electric Door Strike is equipped with a 24 VDC solenoid that provides silent operation. The Electric Door Strike is designed as a fail-secure device. When power is supplied to the strike, the plunger is retracted and the unit is unlocked. If power fails, the strike is locked and the door is secured. The strike is rated for continuous duty, if needed. Each strike has a mount plate provided for easy installation.

Visual Alarm Indicator

The Visual Alarm Indicator Unit, with red and green lights, is utilized in facilities where personnel require a visual status prior to entering a potentially hazardous area. This unit derives its power and control from the TELSEC® product and works with the TELSEC® 2000RM, 1500WM, and 2000.

CIM–Control Interface Module

The CIM module is designed to allow for low voltage termination of environmental control and monitoring devices. The module interfaces with either the TELSEC® 1500WM or 2000RM through the 50 pin amphenol connector. Up to 8 digital outputs and 16 universal inputs can be wired to the CIM. The CIM’s primary function is to provide terminals for shelter manufacturers to terminate the control and monitoring wiring at the factory. The module can be wall mounted or incorporated into a shelter’s control panel.

Connectorized Wiring Block

The TELSEC I/O cross-connect block is designed in a connectorized version to easily interface with the TELSEC® 2000 and 1500 control and surveillance systems. The wiring block features a compact 4 3/4″ deep frame and is provided with single pre-wired pins to a standard female 50-pin connector, light weight, rugged construction and easy circuit identification, all combine for durability, reliability and ease of installation.

Interconnect Cable

The 25 pair, 24 gauge, Prestolite Cable is used to connect the TELSEC® system to the wiring block on the Control Interface Module (CIM). The cable is designed with two (2) amphenal connectors, one at each end for direct termination to the wiring block and/or the CIM and the TELSEC system.
